If you're looking for a convenient place to stay, this is a good choice. It has amazing and exceptionally nice rooms with central heating, a safe, and multi-channel television. There is a lot of great food for breakfast.

I really liked the location of the hotel, which provides easy transportation to multiple locations in the city. The hotel is very close to the beautiful Ibirapuera Park.

We selected the Pestana becasue the offer on your website promised a large room. We actually booked one of the most expensive room options for the weekend but were dissapointed in the size of the room. Also there was not wireless internet in the room, only in the reception area and the first three floors. Very dissapointing in this day and age. Check in took very long because they could not find the Booked.net reservation.

The hotel was clean, conveniently located, with nice amenities. The staff was helpful, accommodating, and multilingual. Taxis were readily available. The room was comfortable and well-equipped.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in a very convenient area. The location was ideal, just a short walk from a popular avenue where I could easily access the subway and explore the city. The hotel provided excellent service, from the friendly and multilingual staff to the impeccable housekeeping. The amenities were top-notch, with a variety of services available such as room service, dry cleaning, and a 24-hour reception. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, featuring modern facilities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also had a wonderful spa and wellness center, complete with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sauna, and various massage options. my stay here was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable.

I highly recommend this hotel to families who are looking for a luxurious and convenient place to stay in São Paulo.

Poor breakfast, a broken swimming-pool, they pretend the hotel was full and tried to send us in an awfully old and dirty hotel (where the price of each room was announced the half of Pestana's) . Miraculously, after shouting a bit, they found us a choice of 4 available rooms (we needed only 2). Smells like swindle

This hotel was fantastic! Clean rooms with great amenities including a delicious breakfast and helpful staff fluent in both Portuguese and English. The location was also very convenient, close to the city center, great eateries, and transportation.
